The Warranty do not apply to defects, faults, damage, or any malfunctions caused in whole or in part by the following cases:
defects (also aesthetics), malfunctions and faults (hereinafter simply “Faults”) caused by improper use of Product, negligence, inadequate or improper maintenance and care, overloading, handling, use contrary to recommendations or instructions.
Faults due to wear and tear (for example components in contact with sharp or abrasive objects)
Faults resulting from the use of the Product other than that for which it was designed. 
 
How to claim
For Warranty service on covered defects during the Warranty Period, the Customer please email: info@mac-components.com .  Claims made under this Warranty must be made providing a valid, legal proof of purchase (e.g. original invoice or sales receipt) indicating the date of purchase, along with photos of fault.
